We want every jam session to be a wonderful experience. If something doesn't go as planned, here's how we handle refunds.
All ticket sales are final once a booking is confirmed and payment is received. However, we understand that circumstances change, and we aim to be as fair as possible in our refund decisions.
If you cancel your registration more than 7 days before the scheduled event date, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees (typically 2–3%).
Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining amount may be credited as a coupon for use at a future Soul Strings Project session.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person subject to our approval.
Failure to attend without prior notice is not eligible for a refund.
In the rare event that we cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, venue issues, artist emergencies, etc.), all registered attendees will receive:

If a session is postponed rather than cancelled, your booking will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the postponement announcement.
