Soul Strings Project ("we", "us", "our") is a music community that organises open jamming sessions across North India. Our sessions are open to walk-in audiences who pay an entry fee to participate in and experience live, collaborative music-making.
All registrations are made through our official website. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any session at our sole discretion.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. Soul Strings Project is not responsible for failed bookings arising from incorrect contact details or payment information.
Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by us in writing. You may not resell or transfer your registration to another person without our prior consent.
Sessions have a maximum capacity. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit registrations once capacity is reached.
All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. By completing a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions.
Discount coupons are issued at our discretion and are subject to the specific terms attached to each coupon, including validity period, session applicability, and maximum redemptions. Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Misuse of coupon codes will result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, artists, and venue staff. Soul Strings Project reserves the right to remove any attendee from a session without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others.
Photography and video recording may take place at our events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
Our refund policy is detailed in our Refund Policy. In the event that Soul Strings Project cancels a session, registered attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future session.
All content on our website including logos, text, graphics, and multimedia is the property of Soul Strings Project and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Soul Strings Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at our events or use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific event in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
